**UPDATE**

In the wake of the global coronavirus outbreak, Balmforth Estate Agents have modified the way in which we operate, as we take responsible steps to ensure the ongoing safety of staff, clients and our wider community.

We can confirm that all normal contact details (email & telephone) apply during our normal office hours.

Monday to Friday      9am - 6pm

Saturday                  9am - 4pm

Sunday                   10am - 1pm

Outside normal hours, the emergency repair services apply and emails are monitored occasionally.

The Mildenhall office is now OPEN with a skelaton staff. Visits to the office will be by appointment only.

Other staff are working from home and have full access to all our administrative systems. Permitted functions are therefore carried out in the normal way without any adverse implications.

Please note that Estate Agency is now regarded as a permitted function, so under controlled cicumstances, viewings and valuation appointments will be permitted at this time by the Government. The guidelines do permit sales and rentals to proceed but please check with the office and your legal advisors for more details.

This situation is changing rapidly, and continues to present extraordinary challenges. Please be assured of our ongoing commitment to the service we provide.

We will continue to work in line with government guidelines, and will update you as and when the developing situation requires our policy to evolve.
