Based at our Eriswell office, Cassie joined our rentals team in the Autumn of 2022. Having an extensive background in the public housing sector, Cassie utilises this considerable experience in her role at Balmforth. Cassie’s main duties are dealing with the lease signing process, processing rental leads and other valuable rental administration duties. These functions involve liaising directly with tenants and landlords, as well as the USAF housing office, to make sure the process is run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
