Sue joined Balmforth in the summer of 2013 having had an extensive background in both education and general administration. Sue's main job role is dealing with our hectic lease signing process based in our Eriswell office, giving invaluable support for prospective tenants which ensures the lease signing process progresses smoothly. The lease signing process encompasses a wide variety of functions to include application processing, referencing as well as ensuring that the documentation meets the appropriate legal requirements.
