There are currently some huge changes underway in rental property legislation through the “Renters Rights Acts 2025”.
These changes cover a multitude of areas from tenancy agreements to statutory notices and almost every aspect regarding the renting of a property.
Balmforth are handling this on behalf of our managed landlords but have also sent the National Association of Estate Agents FAQ document to all non-managed landlords on our database in order to try and assist self-managed landlords. This includes the serving of the “information sheet” by the 31st May to all tenants.
