As our longest serving member of staff, Chris is a fundamental part of the Balmforth team and has extensive experience in all aspects of our rental business. Chris oversees all aspects of the ever-expanding rental business with emphasis on our rental management software and the management of landlords, in addition with resolving legal and regulatory matters. Chris also carries out all of our rental valuations and handles all landlord and contractor payments.
