Matt Barton

Based in our Mildenhall office, Matt joined our team in the Summer of 2016. Initially Matt started on the rentals side of the business as a lettings negotiator, until the Summer of 2020 when he moved to the sales team and took up his new role as Sales Negotiator. Matt carries out sales viewings and negotiations between prospective purchasers and vendors, as well as assisting with some sales valuations. Matt takes a “sales” lead on some of our special sites including Isleham Marina and our new home developments. Matt’s confident and outgoing nature means that he quickly builds an excellent rapport with purchasers and vendors alike.
