Natalia originally joined Balmforth on a work experience placement from Cambridge City College in 2013. At the end of her college placement she continued to work part-time undertaking special projects for the business. In the summer of 2014 she was appointed to a permanent position for the listing of our rental properties. Her IT skills and background across various aspects of the business has now led her working on various projects covering the IT elements across the various platforms and software necessary to support the business.
